Finca Vista Hermosa (Beautiful View Farm)

This small coffee farm has been in the family for many years.  It provides a platform for the Martinez Family to reflect the love of Christ to the community.  Here are some photos of the process of pulping and washing the beans.

As the amount of beans in the basin decreases …

The pile is getting smaller

And smaller

and it is…

Gone. The coffee bean piles have been smoothed out over the patio and begin drying in the soon to come sun.

These beans were collected in a sack and are being rewashed in order to seperate less pure beans
